我国教育部认可的加拿大高校名单（全）

从钱钟书先生的《围城》中“毕业”于克莱登大学开始，特别是近年来随着越来越多的人出国留学，“野鸡大学”不仅仅是一种对于相对不那么好的学校的自嘲，很多人花了几年时间、花费百万最后却无法得到国家认可，贻误了青春。“野鸡大学”不仅国内有，国外也有，并且还很多。

那么应该如何避免误入“野鸡大学呢?”

为帮助自费出国留学人员正确选择国外学习学校，加强对自费留学中介活动的监管，引导自费留学中介机构与国外正规学校开展合作，教育部通过教育部教育涉外监管信息网(www.jsj.edu.cn)和中国留学网(www.cscse.edu.cn)公布了44个我国公民主要留学国家1万多所学校名单，基本涵盖了我国公民主要留学目的地国的正规高等学校。

具体到加拿大来说：

加拿大的高等教育机构分为大学( University)、大学学院(University College)、社区学院 (College)、职业技术学院 (Career College)。

加拿大大学绝大多数是公立大学，本科学制一般需要 3至4年。硕士学位是要在取得学士学位资格后才可申请，一般需要1至2年;攻读博士学位一般需要 3年。全日制高校学制不完全一样，有的大学一年设有两个学期：9月至 12月为秋季学期， 1月至 4月为春季学期，有的大学设有春夏学期5月至8月。

社区学院和职业技术学院侧重培养应用性专业技术人才，一般期限为 1至 3年。该类学校一般提供大专文凭与各种证书，不颁发学位，但可以选择一些以后可转读大学深造的课程，学制为 1至 2年，学完后可转入正规大学二、三年级继续攻读本科学士课程。

加拿大的学位及证书主要包括以下几种类型:

文凭证书，一般为社区学院(College)和专业学院 (Institute)颁发，学制多为2-3年，学生毕业之后可以将部分学分转入其他正规大学继续深造，或继续在学院学习post-diploma。

Bachelor学士学位证书，一般为大学(University)或大学学院(University College)所颁发，学制3-4年，可获得普通学士学位或荣誉学士学位(Honorary Degree)，荣誉学士学位学习时间通常要长于普通学士，学习内容带有科研成分，课程学分设置也不同于普通学士。

Master硕士学位证书，一般为2-4年，时间长短取决于所修课程数目及有无论文要求。一般文学硕士或理学硕士相对时间较长，通常要做论文，通过答辩后获得学位，而专业硕士则时间较短，如计算机，商学硕士等，一般为一年半左右。

Doctor of Philosophy博士学位证书，一般为3-5年不等。一般由导师带领进行研究工作，个别学科学生也会选修一些相关课程，但主要是以做论文为主。最后，论文通过答辩获得学位。
