我有改过名字，但是只在国内的户口本中有“曾用名”的记录， 问是做一份户口本的中英文公证就可以吗？
– 建议提供一份 曾用名公证。

请问这个是指中国的身份证和户口本吗？为什么这个是if applicable? 不是每个人都要提供的吗？

household registry/book 是针对已婚人士呢？ 还是说单身（和父母在一个户口本）也要提供呢？

– 中国的身份证公证和户口本公证， 建议提供。

问题二：

“If your documents are not English, you must include the English translation with a certified copy of the original document, and an affidavit from the person who completed the translation (if the translation is not provided by a member in good standing of a provincial or territorial organization of translators and interpreters in Canada)”

这个的意思是说我的中文原件（例如身份证）如果在加拿大办理翻译，有两个选择（理解错误请指正）

1） 找一个加拿大的Certified translator ：翻译件 + 附上原件扫描件

2）如果不是Certified translator: 翻译件+affidavit from the person who completed+ 原件的公证件

这个affidavit 具体是指什么呢?

– 可以是持牌的翻译。

– affidavit 是在律师或公证员面前的宣誓。

问题三：
无犯罪的时效为一年，我要办理含加拿大在内的三个国家的无犯罪，所以想早点开始办，假设三个月后会收到提名信， 现在开始办理前面两个国家的会不会太早呢？还是建议收到提名信后再办理呢？ 谢谢！
