Hello. My wife is a US citizen and she traveled twice to China; once under an L visa from April 2013 to May 2013 and the second with a student Visa from September 2013 to July 2014. We obtained the Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) for the second period but not for the short one; Is it possible to obtain the PCC for 1 month under an L visa? if not, how can I support my case with an official letter or document to explain that I can’t get that PCC? Thanks!
